Monetizing a domain name to sell

I have a domain name for a particular niche...I'm wondering, should I leave it parked or should I add content before I attempt sell it to an end user

I'd say throw some content on it for sure, parking never did much for me, I'd think the sites content would add some sort of value.

hands down, create a site that might "mirror " the needs of an end-user.
