Very nice for an adsense PPC site. Money and Finance will produce good clicks. Why not develop it into an adsense site (static portal with some good text and links) -- if you go 'Exclusive' here you can get access to a template system which will make this a doddle -- far better than PPC on the usual parking pages. Value? I can see it making you $30/mo net of any adwords promotion you'll have to spend if it has no traffic; so developed, I'd say it has potential for $1000 within a few months. Undeveloped, $50. I did the same thing here: www.debtsurgeon.co.uk but used a portal and forum instead of a static site. Good luck!
