closed MoneyMonopoly.com, please appraise

I am sure 99.99% of people in US and UK know that every year, McDonald has "Money Monopoly" game where people will collect game pieces to win gifts and prizes. So what will be the value of "MoneyMonopoly.com" worth?

Please help me appraise. Thanks.

I don't think it's saleable because it's a clear trademaek breach of both Monopoly and the McDonalds game.

I don't think this is a trademark infringement. I can't play lawyer either, but a look into the Tess database doesn't show "Money Monopoly" to be trademarked. Terms like MONOPOLY CASINO, MONOPOLY JUNIOR and of course Monopoly are.

I bet a person could buy this domain and develop it. Maybe even dedicate it to tricks, tips, tools and news dedicated to the Money Monopoly game. Maybe even some arrogant billionaire will dedicated it to his empire which would totally make a trademark irrelevant (if there is one in place), since it would be for a different purpose entirely.
