Crap support even worse now they own snapnames.havnt got a clue how to run a business..............unreturned messages unanswered support tickets and people have a cheek to think they are good......all my domains are being transfered away from these tossers,,,,,,,,,,,

Instead of writing inflammatory posts and calling them names can you explain your issues a bit more? I'm sure Bari will be willing to address them, she seems very willing to work to make customers happy.

Also to note, all of my support tickets as of late have been answered promptly.
