stuck on the login page. can't login to account (was trying to purchase couple names), .. arghh
1:11 PST
I couldn't log in this morning either. Bad timing! Dynadot to the rescue and more lost business for Moniker.

email server down! 4pm GMT

half an hour later (4:30pm GMT), and the server's still down... (and it's been down throughout the whole of this interval I might add).

This means that for the entire half an hour, the whole of all domains supported by moniker could not receive email if they were set to use moniker's email server (notice that this is not a plural - it's not "serverS" - it's "server"). Email forwarding by moniker also does not work. Is this not true? What exactly is going on here?

They don't care.

Down for me too.

Down now for me too (again).

This has been going on for a few weeks but is getting worse as time goes by and has me concerned.

Don't worry. They will fix it...

In a month...

If they have time between auctions...

this is getting really annoying... the ironic thing is i was logging in to transfer a few hundred domains TO there.. hrmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Monikers email servers have always been crap anyway

We Care. We are just a couple of weeks from the full migration and a huge improvements on performance . We are doing all we can do to help eliminate the extended log in issue during this migration. You may start to see these improvements toward the end of this week. If you have an urgent issue please contact me directly at [email protected] or you Sr AE and we will make sure to address the issue in a timely manner.

Sure...
How much do you care on weekends?

Whatever they're doing seems to be working..no problems lately..
I see an announcement on moniker.com

Is Moniker down for you guys again? It is for me. I'm stuck trying to login.

Scheduled maintenance isn't supposed to be until tomorrow, correct?

Correct, but this seems to be their "normal" service. Of course, after tomorrow, if they still provide the same lack of service, you'll see people leaving them.
