I tried contact Moniker at [email protected] but I got a response saying they don't check that e-mail anymore. Then I couldn't log on to their new support center. What a hassle! Here is the message I tried to send:

Hi, the Moniker e-mail server is misconfigured and it is causing the messages to be flagged as spam.

The problem is the the server's HELO command says 204.13.162.26 is mx.oversee.net. However, when you do a reverse lookup it says
mx2.oversee.net. this mismatch causes the messages to be flagged as spam.

thanks

I see that they have 3 MX: mx, mx1, mx2 but each appears to have the right PTR.
