moniker Moniker escrow - Can I use it ?

I have newer used an escrow service before everyone trusted me , I am going to sell a domain to a customer in Usa around XXXX figures and possibly me and them will want to use an escrow service.

I live in Turkey and I have an Hsbc account can I use moniker's escrow service as an international user.
Any advices ?

Yes you can. I used their service several times, never had a problem.

On average how long does it take from Step 1 to money in the bank and domain in the buyers account?

It depends on, how fast both parties sign the agreements and send it back to moniker and the buyer sent the payment.

If they are fast 2-3 days, if they are slow 2 weeks or longer....

Since my customer was in California , I had to pass moniker this time
Their service looked fine too me and from the sellers perspective it seemed secure for both parties.I am planing to use another escrow service but they seemed some what risky for the seller.
