You would think they would post here or email to let us know what is happening.

I noticed this too, in fact went elsewhere to reg a few names because of it. I could get as far as paying for the purchase but it wouldn't process.

I agree in a case like this at least send out an email or something, wasted time looking at a loading symbol for nothing and eventually running to another rar.

Site is really slow. Takes multiple attempts to login. Transfer out requests keep failing too.

4 days later, renewals continue to fail. Who is going to pay for my time and stress? I sent too many support requests, ruining my health as I have carpal tunnel syndrome and a lot more to think about.

Ahhhh for the good old days when Monte ran Moniker. This would never have been acceptable....and it never would have gone for days.

For the record, I'm not seeing any problems with my account... I logged in yesterday and peaked around with no issues. And just to give it a try today based on the post here, I just renewed 1 name without any slowness or issues. Smooth. *shrug*

FYI

I have the same issue using Google Chrome slow connection, and not even able to see the page.
But when I used Firefox, everything seems to be working properly.

I used to login using Google Chrome ... just another bizarre experience :)

I am using IE....but worked fine until 4 days ago. Now it is sporadic....once I get inside takes a long time to go from link to link.

Yesterday, no go, today now, working. I notice at times even when not fully "down" like the other day it has slow spells loading names searched, payment etc. Clearly there is an issue somewhere.

Working for me again....and seems pretty fast now.

Omg, you use IE? Where have you been?

:D johnn....I have been in "deep dark places":)
I use many browsers. They all have their good and bad. Right now IE seems less bad for my purposes.
....and a main site like Moniker should be compatible with most of the major browsers.
