This is the second time in a week that Moniker's site is down and you can't Login for many hours.

I've only seen enom down 2 times in the 5 years I've used them. Moniker tied that record in a week.

The pathetic thing is, nobody at Moniker must know about it because its been at least several hours and they must have no one on call.

If one of my sites go down, I get a text message on my cell phone immediately and I have nothing as critical as being a domain registrar.

Folks,

We were under maintanence and most of the epp registries are down. The 500 errors are actually related to that. I have my guys looking at the error message handler because it is picking up the wrong error code.

We are not currently down and should be working fine but please email me at [email protected] if you do see something.

So true! I can only say positive things about monte, as he resolved all of my problems/questions so far, while other registrars have you in their support system for 80+ hours before somebody gets back to you.

Everything's always been fine except for the small problems the last week or so.

This is still the best registrar out there though...

I agree, Monte and his staff are very good with support. I had a problem where one of my domain's contacts wouldn't update right, so I emailed them and they fixed it right away.
