Moniker Sends me a 1099 on April 1st - Is this an April Fools Joke?

I just received a 1099 from Moniker today, dated April 1st. Not only did they spell my name wrong on the 1099, they used my personal name instead of my company name. And to top that all off, is a 1099 even warranted for an escrow transaction?

Did anyone else receive a 1099 from them?

They sent 1099 for all escrow transactions (by law they must send by January 31).
That's why I don't use them for Escrow anymore.
