moniker Moniker Support: Can't Renew Domain

I tried to renew a domain last week, it failed.

Apparently it is "out of sync" at the registry.

The domain expires in a few days and despite repeated requests for simple information, Moniker ignore me.

I will keep you updated.

I had something similar happen with a CC name several mos ago where I paid Moniker for a 2 yr renewal however the CC Whois showed the name non-renewed even a few months later. Still waiting for support to figure it all out.

Last week I had trouble renewing .com.
Today it's .us.
It never ends.

I've also had trouble. But all of the problems seem to go back to names that were acquired through snapnames via enom but somehow ended up at 3rd party affiliates of Moniker. Enom support had no clue how they got there. By the time they figured it out, I had moved the domains out of the Moniker affiliate and over to GoDaddy. Go figure.

It was a .com and it's fixed now thanks to the Moniker guy on these forums.
