...very fast and very good :)

I have opened a new account today, information mailed to don, he set the lowest prices and I started my first transfers. :D

I think it was a good choice

Hmm... I've emailed them twice, first time almost 2 months ago, and I'm still waiting for an answer...
Because of that, they've probably lost a couple of hundred registrations.

@ gorlov

I have mailed to Don ([email protected]) and I received his answer in under 2 hours. I would try it again.

I think Moniker has excellent support as well. Compared to Godaddy...

I have had mixed experiences with them. I emailed them at [email protected] and told them i was considering moving 900 names and two weeks later i still have not heard anything. That is crappy service no matter how you look at it.

I think they have a problem with a spam filters

If you have your personal Rep don't send emails to sales.
The best way to get Rep is to get free account over there and Rep is assigned almost automatically.
Once you have Rep you can introduce yourself (number of your domains) and pass on some details (DNF membership w/ nick).
You will get nice treatment and even nicer prices.
The best experience for me so far. I should go w/ them much earlier.

No awnser, been weeks.

you know, I think you are right, and also one of the reps mentioned that to me the other day. Up until a month or so ago support was adequate, now it seems some emails just disappear into a black hole.

If that is the case, they could start with white listing all their account holders email addresses.
But using email for support is getting more and more difficult, due to the flood of spam that automatically is sent to any published support address.
I have given up using email for my services, and instead use online support ticket systems. Not only does it eliminate the spam problem, it' also much simpler to follow up and track issues.
No matter what the case is, I'm very disappointed in the lack of response.

Folks - we were having an issue with a new spam/junk filtering system...found tons of legit messages from weeks ago in our system. Our sys admin found a fix today so there should not be this issue. If you are ever having issues with getting to [email protected], just email [email protected] or myself at [email protected] and we will forward to our team.
