Pleasantly surprised by the process, except for one thing. Why the delay in payment via Paypal? The name sold was registered through Moniker, so they already had possession of the name. Papers were signed and faxed. Buyer had his name within a matter of hours. I am told that there is a lag time of 48-72 hours for the money to make it to my paypal account. The buyer sent his payment via paypal in about three minutes, it's not really that involved of a process.
Again, I really liked the speed at which the buyer got his name, just don't understand the sudden logjam now that it comes time to release funds.
Update -- Money received. It took just over 24 hrs. Overall, I am satisfied and will use them again.
