Hi,

I have submitted support ticket more than 2 working days ago and still no response.

Now weekend is coming. No chances to get assistance till next week at all?

It's just terrible and unbelievable......

They have finally responded and resolved my issue.

I really hope that new Moniker owners (Key-System) will improve support system.

For TOP 10 registrar, as Moniker is, Live Help is a must.

I don't think Moniker will be in the top 10 for long, I'll be surprised if they are still there at the end of this year. I know I'm moving my names out.
