Here they are (privacy included for all of these domains):
WeeklyWorldNews.mobi (Weekly World News this is a magazine that you can
find at just any supermarket. It has a high circulation, and their
official website is WeeklyWorldNews.com.)
EURweb.mobi (EURweb is one of most popular ebony publications, their
official website is EURweb.com.)
Rense.mobi (Rense is a popular radio show and Rense.com is one of the
two biggest paranormal websites, the other being XFacts.com.)
EquityCapital.mobi (EquityCapital.com is a website for a big financial
agency named Equity Capital and owned by GE. Equity capital is a usual
term, thus there are no TM issues in this domain. But the names
coincide.
)
I have many other domains to offer. Perhaps you might be interested to
broker some of these:
1) Banking domains:
GetMyVisa.mobi
There is a popular Visa website by Washington Mutual Bank
www.GetMyVisa.com, which the said bank is actively promoting. I wanted
to promote it to US banks by sending them letters or to sell it to WAMU
(yet this domain doesn't have TM issues in itself, since
"visa" may mean "immigration visa", "travel visa" etc, not related to
banking), but the trouble is, as I explained in the original message, I
need to put there a phone number, and I am not a good telemarketer. Do
you have banking contacts to try to sell it to? If not, then we could do
something like this:
I send messages to banks, with your phone number and email address
enclosed. You take calls and negotiate the deal, and your commission
will be %20 in this arrangement, if you accept it, since this
arrangement would include taking calls by you (not solely making them).
I have another bank .mobi name, 53rd.mobi. This was intended to mean
53rd district, but it may stand for Fifth Third, one of America's
largest banks. The official website for this bank is 53.com, so the
.mobi version would be 53.mobi, but .mobi TLD just doesn't accept
two-symbol or two-digit names. Thus I registered 53rd.mobi (since
5-3.mobi was already taken and it contains a hyphen, which makes it
hardly marketable on the US market). I believe there are no TM issues
with this name since it means "fifty third" and not "fifth third". So,
you could perhaps approach the FifthThird bank with this name to sell it
not for $900 (%40 less than their non-refundable attorney expenses could
be, like with the TM names above), but for a higher amount, since this
name bears no TM issues.
Let me know, which domains you would like to broker, and I will send you
email addresses and contact infos of respective entities.
2) Mobi news domains:
NetNews.mobi - this short news domain was given an estimated value of
80K to 180K by TDNAM. I can give you their employee's contact info so
you may verify the estimate that he gave.
ComputerNews.mobi (there is a popular website ComputerNews.com)
MilitaryNews.mobi and DefenseNews.mobi
3) Spanish names:
ComprarCasa.mobi (Spanish for Buy Home)
There is an active website ComprarCasa.com, which is one of leading
Spanish real estate sites, it has a high OVT and Google search returns
about 88 thousand links for "ComprarCasa.com" alone./
Spanish .mobi country names (English .mobi country names are all
reserved by .mobi TLD, as you may know, and will be auctioned off at a
high price, so IMHO lower-priced Spanish names have some chances)
SamoaAmericana.mobi - Spanish for American Samoa
This is one of US overseas possessions. AmericanSamoa.mobi, the English
name, is reserved by .mobi TLD and will be auctioned off next year; so
it makes sense to consider SamoaAmericana.mobi)
SantaLucia.mobi: Spanish for "Saint Lucia", a country in the Caribbean
with a bunch of resorts. SaintLucia.mobi, the English name, is also
reserved by .mobi TLD and will be auctioned off in 2007.
Kind Regards,
Tony
