More than 7 days to withdraw fund from escrow

I have completed moniker escrow transaction 1 week ago (as seller) and submitted payment withdrawal request since that day, and today still nothing paid to me.
I have submitted support ticket today and they said my request is on queue and will be processed within 1-7 business days.
1-7 days more? That means 7-14 days since my initial withdrawal request.

I've got exactly the same problem - made a withdrawal request on the 14th, yet no payment yet! I don't see why it's so difficult to make a payment via PayPal...
