Yup... CourtierHypothecaire.com is soon to be monetized using PPC or CPA affiliate programs. Or sold to a savvy mortgage or finance player that wishes to target this sector.

A few quick stats:

21,500 Google results for "courtier hypothecaire" (yes, in quotes, in French) - 240K results without quotes.

A healthy amount of AdWords ads running for these terms.

The .net is regged since November 2006.

As for other TLDs - the .ca ... courtierhypothecaire.ca is regged since 2000 (!).

Appraisals or comments anyone ? We're thinking high xxxx reseller and perhaps low-mid xx,xxx for enduser.. ? Thanks!
