I am considering selling this website
Some background, domain is over 9 yrs old, I purchased in 2006.
Website in its current biz model is only about 4 months old, prior to my ownership was operated as a site for a broker but never truly developed, website is still being developed and pages added but has about 25 or so pages, I worked with a developer to redesign and have done some of the work and all content is unique. Calc plugin runs about 200 per year.
Some key information
The website presently ranks w/in first 3 pages for the following terms in Google
plus many others
the site has not populated as well in Yahoo or MSN as of yet, but seo is on going project as many are aware...
The site has approx 50k backlinks
My present seo budget is around 850 month
I will consider offers in the xxx,xxx + range and I am basing this simply on the overall potential of this site (I am also aware of the laon sale). All inquiries via pm, sorry no stats or revenue will be disclosed. This is a sale based on potential, assume the domain does not receive much type in traffic. I am considering selling to raise capital for a few other projects, if I do come to terms with a buyer transacion would be completed through a 3rd party...THANKS

Again to clarify I am witholding the revenue & traffic #'s because the site is relatively new and I dont believe this would be an accurate refelction of the potential (my basis for exploring a sale), I realize that this may limit my market. If you are interested send me a pm and if I decide to release more info in the future I will follow up.
