How does this not make sense. When you apply for a mortgage, a lender will "offer" you a mortgage at a certain percent, if you are accepted. To me and I'm sure to many other people, this makes perfect sense. Thanks for your reply, any other comments are welcome.

DNjet, thanks for the reply.

I don't think kam gets the whole mortgage / finance thing....

I like the name, not sure about the .net

IMO if you develope it I would think possibly high $XX to very low $XXX

I may be crazy and just way to new at this....but I don't think anything is worth below reg fee...(unless it's just plain old $@#!) That's the bad thing about getting appraisals...they are all depending on how that person sees the market with what they would do with the name.

I come from the car business and when I bid a car that is not one of our brands I really don't give as much as I would if it was a brand that we carry. Without getting too long winded...I will put less into a Pontiac at a Toyota store than I would in a Toyota at a Toyota store....

So point being take all your appraisals with a grain of salt. Ok nuff of that.

Good luck!

hapgroup1, I couldn't agree more, thanks for the reply, and I do take all appraisals with a grain of salt. But on the other hand I feel it's good to get opinions from other domainers on what they think of a name, as some of these people do this for a living, and it's nice to get their thoughts. Personally, I would not let this name go for under $1,000. My reason being is that I think that most, if not all the generic mortgage .com domains of this quality to reg are already taken (somebody prove me wrong, and if you can, reg it and post it here, you will have a good find). So, IMO, the next TLD would be .net (that's when I reg'd this one), and I think as well that most of the generic .net mortgage domains are also taken, and I don't think you can find a similar quality
mortgage .net domain to reg (prove me wrong again). Let me know your thoughts, agree, disagree, comments.

Thanks for taking the time

Midnight
