Could mean zero-cost mortgages, which are being offered now.

That is, mortgage companies are paying for all closing costs, including appraiser fee, legal fees, filing fees, property tax escrow waiver fee, etc.

Zero costs for closing- OK.
Zero percent mortgages- I don't think so. What would be the incentive for the lender?

I guess if I can ask for appraisals, I can offer some as well. I do not claim to be an expert, but I do occasionally have an opinion. This name is not worth much more than reg fee.
