I recently setup this blog - making use of 25 PLR articles on the mountain bikes topic. Although PLR content, it hasn't been used on very many other websites. You also have permission to reword each article if you are wanting to make them more unique. The site is new so assume negligible traffic and revenue figures. Related terms get decent CPC with overture, so I am sure with a bit of promotion the site could do well.
