That is why my bin is 800 the bin is subject to go up and stay the same I am just saying you are free by offering because a person situation always changes as I am now the bin is a firm 800 I just couldnt retract low bins but I could decide where I want to stop I post offers to establish minium becuase some people even waste time with offers $5 but bin is always flexible but my particular moment it is solid
