I suggest you to develop it as it would make it easier to sell. A simple portal script with appropriate layout and some info would do the trick.

If you want to sell it without developing it, you might want to approach some the major game networks who lack a multiplayer gaming arm.

Ufff.. Now youve got me I really dont know whats the best script for gaming sites as I dont run one. I would suggest you to search google for things like gaming ladder and tournament scripts for online gaming leagues, or community system for online gaming clans. Something along those lines.. Another option is, that you just go to one of the php web dirs and search for term "gaming", "multiplayer", etc. If I become aware of one, Ill let you know.

PS: Really, dont sell undevelopped..
