An MRI in a private Canadian medical clinic costs between $650 to $1,000. With ever longer wait lists (in months), cutbacks to healthcare and a tidal-wave of boomers about to swamp the system, this market is uber lucrative.

Therefore:

1. Make mini-site.
2. Rank in Google, Bing.
3. Sell links (for say, cost of one scan per year?)
