Absolutely. When one sees the name "Mrs.Jello" in a domain market place, one thinks of good domains at good prices. Trying to use someone else's name and good will for financial gain results in the same reputation gained by others who infringe or squat on TMs and TM typos.

Why would I place a thread here, trying to sell the name, if my intent was to sell it to Mrs Jello LLC ? Wouldn't I simply contact Mrs Jello LLC?
