Mug shots and DomainTools records

That is interesting, since it sets a precedent.
I would guess that there's a higher chance of recrimination in connection with Mugshots.com than with most websites. After all, people with criminal records are more likely to lash out than people without criminal records. And their mugshots are being posted online, which typically isn't cause for celebration. So perhaps Sahar Sarid elected to have his name disconnected from a website that might anger a lot of people with short fuses and (potentially) a vindictive streak.

Quite possible, however money & and NDA does speak. I bet you if you offered them $X dollars with an NDA, they would wipe yours clean as well (since they don't remove history). They probably wouldn't respond until the NDA has been signed and that undisclosed amount of money is in Escrow waiting to be released.
