I will sell MusicFanLinks.com if I get a reasonable offer.

This site has over 3000 static pages and lists over 33,000 artists and bands. As far as I can tell every page has PR ranging from 1 to 5. The site receives 100+ uniques per day, all from search engines, mainly Google. I have not advertised it at all.

Google adsense is not doing much at the moment, but there is huge potential for someone who can devote more time to it. I used the site as a prototype for my cpLinks product, but the search engines grabbed it and traffic took off from there so I kept it going. It was launched in May. As a prototype and proof of concept (I wanted to see how static html pages would perform with search engines), there is no admin control panel, but it is easy to administer the site using phpMyAdmin.
