Reverse Domain Name Hijacking means using the Policy in bad faith to attempt to deprive a registered domain-name holder of a domain name.

Rick wants to set an example for others who try to steal domains. Make companies think twice before trying to steal domains.

It will be interesting to see how this case unfolds. Judging by Rick's blog he is all fired up about it.

There has been a lot of recent reports about corporations going after 3/4L domains, with the corps having no real loss in regards to reverse domain hijacking penalties.

So it seems he is tired of wasting his time, and money in fighting these hijack attempts, and this company basically doesn't fit any criteria to present this motion.
