Looking for offers, please post them in thread. Site is a little over 1 year old. Currently getting about 1,000 uniques monthly. Since placing Yahoo ads on the site 2.5 months ago it has made $221.81.

Not really. The site hasn't made many affiliate sales but seems to do well with the PPC ads. Perhaps somebody with a real product could make something of it.

Need at least 2 years revenue to justify selling. That doesn't take into account the potential (turning into full ecommerce site) which too often gets overlooked.

You do know that any site has that potential you're referring to...

It'll be a rare case if someone offers 2 years revenue for a site that has only 2.5 months of revenue proof.
