I am always looking for sites to advertise the following banners on. I am looking for fair prices and good deals.

Arcade Live

You can chose one of these arcades. Both are 100% free of popups, spyware, or other types of spam. Ideally, I would be looking for entertainment sites with traffic. PR does not matter, but traffic does. It would be pointless for me to advertise on sites that don't atleast recieve 100 visitors per day.
