Nice name (although I don't like drinking beer). Perfect traffic drawer if you make a site like HotOrNot or RateMyPoo (nasty site! you have been warned!).... in any case, I agree that this is good for affiliate links!

Value with traffic: 2k. I'd say develop it, just throw in a script and some pictures of beer (you can even ask people to send new pics to you!) and you're set... easy as anything! Get some traffic and let the word of mouth spread, you'll be in Time magazine in no time, hehe.

I'm considering doing something with this and affiliating it with BeerBoard.com (as a forum for beer lovers).
