I had a domain name deleted on Feb. 12th. It was
through Enom. I had thought that know one could
register this domain for at least 60 days after it had
expired. For some reason the name is now registered
to someone else. I thought I had the chance to still
get my domain name renewed, even though the name
had expired. Please let me know why this could have
happened. Thank You for any help!!!

was it actually deleted? or was it the new enom pre-relase auction?
I mean did the creation date remain the same?

The domain is registered on the same date i had registered
it a few years back. Can I still get my domain back, and if
so, how much will it cost me. Thank You!

I think not. Why did You let it expire in first place?
Or if You contact the new owner You may have a change!

From Enom Support Center documents.

eNom Grace Period Procedures

When a domain expires through eNom, it will remain available for reactivation at your regular domain rate under your list of Expired Domains..

Currently, eNom offers a non-guaranteed 29-day grace period for renewal. There is no guaranteed grace period. Once expired, eNom may dispose of it at any time according to the registration agreement.

Once deleted, the domain will no longer be in your account, and will not be on your expired domains list. Please check your Redemption list for possible recovery at our then current Redemption rates.

Pre-Release Expired Domains are those domain names that have expired and have not yet been (but may be) redeemed by the former registrant, but may be auctioned by eNom.

so its possible, but looks like only up to 30 days after the pre-realse auction.
but it will not be cheap for You,
enom has to refund the winner + redemption fees + so on..
