Final Update: I filed a PayPal dispute and got my money back. I am still amazed that this person is still part of the DnF!

Yeah leave a bad rating. I reported the thread. Not sure if admins will take action. If you leave a trader then you can at least warn other members.

Actually, I had given him a +ve trader rating, because the deal was completed pretty quickly. This all happened after almost a month. TBH, I thought of giving him a -ve trader rating but I was afraid that since no action has been taken against him, he can also give me -ve trader rating for no reason and that will hurt my reputation. I have also read such kind of stories on different forums. All I could do is to create a thread, let others know about what had happened to me.

Does anyone know what the period of time is before you can transfer your name out of Moniker after winning at Snatchnames?.

Whatever the length of time is, it's to protect themselves against incidents just like this one.
