dotfrog, you should remove that auction, its a registerfly glitch, we had the same issue when we regged france.fr, registerfly havn't disables 2 letter.fr's (they are not allowed to be registered!)

Alot of other .fr names cannot be registered and are restrited.

Yes its a registerfly glitch..
The name still shows avaliable at registerfly..

Ask for refund...

you will get refunded automatically when they register and see it cannot be resgistered, if not done in like 24 - 36 hour open a ticket

You guys need to understand that there are lots of rules related to registering .fr domains and places like registerfly or godaddy are incapable of handling such. It is actually a shame that these companies "offer" .FR registrations when they do not even have the logistics to do it correctly.
If you want to check the availability of .FR name, the best is to use the AFNIC tool: http://www.afnic.fr/obtenir/dispo

2 letter .FR domains are not allowed, though 2 numbers are... For example we own 69.fr
