Anyone ever heard of this happening?

really strange, but my IP address changed. I thought your IP was used to identify your computer and all of your browsing history so why would they change it? Any ideas why that would happen?

your ISP may assign you a different IP address from time to time.
don't worry, this is normal

The only way your IP would not change is if you have a static IP address. You have to request and pay for this service.

Your ISP will always know who has what IP address, regardless if it changes.

Only be worried if your IP belongs to a banned range :D

thanks guys. i was ignorant. now I am enlightened!
