Short Term Lease and Corporate Apartment Lease is a HUGE business in this country. I have frequently searched both terms for my teaching assignments. For instance, I just left the San Francisco area and I may be returning to Sacremento. I will be looking for Corporate Apartment lease or (if I can not find something I like) a Short Term lease.
As for nom...an applicable French word for "name" fits well with a name lease. More on this in the near future.
