WAP is dead as a technology, so things are not getting better with this one I fear. I am also not sure if there is such a thing as wap-mail :))

Au contraire, WAP is resurging because of GPRS. Once bandwidth is free, WAP will die. Until then, it remains the most inexpensive way to collect mail (outside your mobile operator's system) and to browse wap-enabled (mobile) sites of which there are very many. Yes, there is wap mail... check it out on Google :) Cheers CoolDot!
