My Project - New Forum

I launched my forum site, and would like to get some feedback from all members who currently managed their own forum/community. I also used vBulletin latest released to powered the site.

Would you mind sharing your thought process to manage a community.

Huge effort especially to start and build the community but quite rewarding once you reach a certain critical mass. (although monetization can become a challenge as repeat visitors visually block ads out...)

I totally agree with you. I believe when you build it, they will come. I just don't know when
