The domain and service is for sale. The site receives about 4000 uniques per day. It generates a few hundred dollars per month in advertising revenue. We currently offer no premium options, yet they could be added by new owner for new revenue stream. We have invested well over 25k in this project, but have no plans to offer paid options. We have moved our resources to another project instead.

Regards,

Wyatt

Great site... my only concern is why would you invest 25K in a project that only generated a couple hundred a month with no intentions of offering paid options. The reason I ask this and am not being negative but it would be hard to recoup the investment with those revenues... What is your asking price ??

I am interested and would like to see stats for the past 6-12 months. What was the $25k invested in?

If the site is custom developed I can easily see where the $25k was invested.

Really?

I see value in the name, but not a hugh amount in the software.

Can we find out how much the monthly upkeep is?
Bandwidth required?
Number of Accounts?
Do you have a demo account we can log into and see the user interface?

Thanks for your answers.

Hi,

I will probably accept an offer above $50,000. I believe the name
alone is worth 50k+. If you don't want to run the current service as
is, this is your choice.

If you would like to demo our software, login with any pop3/imap email
account.

The email engine that runs MyEmail is a proprietary solution that is
fully supported by a large email server vendor. We developed the web site,
gui interface, and smart pop3/imap login technology.

The web site was developed as a better alternative to mail2web.com in hopes
that we would receive millions of logins per month. Then once we
started receiving a ton of traffic the plan was to add premium services like
spam filtering, domain email accounts, etc.

Traffic continues to increase each month, but has not spiked as we had hoped.
We run several other large internet services, and have moved on to other projects.

The site is installed across 2 servers as it was built to be scaleable, but can
easily be ran on one server. The costs per month are minimal, a few hundred per
month for hosting fees. Bandwidth is also very low.

Regards,

Wyatt

I tried it out.
Looks like a great system.
I'm not too familiar with the email backend for the internet, but how does it know where to validate the logins with? (curiousity)
I'm very impressed :)
