One of the guys here is looking at selling these. He has a price in mind, but has asked me to check it out... I guess to see if it aligns with reality, or whether he is under pricing.

Immediately, I personally see some possibilities. He's clearly picked up on the likes of:
http://YourFlight.to/London
http://MyFlight.To/Orlando
and so on (he's got some tired looking pages up).

But I suspect he's missed sub-domain ideas such as:
http://Book.YourFlight.To/Tokyo
http://Find.MyFlight.To/Rome
and so on.

Any thoughts on the value of these two?

I must admit that the possibilities for a travel company or airline look impressive, but frankly I'm no expert, so any input is very welcome.

not bad for development.
But, you might be able to get some .coms although not as good sounding to do this kind of thing.

I only see an "end user sale" for this name, so it's gonna be tough to sell, but could prove to be quite valuable.

making a sentance using a subdomain and folder is not something I'd expect to see on a billboard or tv ad. I don't rate these names - find a .com that does the same job

I never thought of that one. Interesting.

The readability is definitely the key I feel. Obviously (obvious to me anyway) a .com would wreck the concept of it.

The owner instinctively feels there's value (normal I guess), but the question is, HOW valuable? I'm grasping straws at trying to place a price on them for him.

Also, where to sell? I guess this site is a good place to start... but if no joy here, where to?

Any actual guestimates on the value of them? What would you expect for them if they were yours?

Thanks.
