MyFloridaLicense.net - Accepting offers
The official State of Florida site is MyFlorida.COM and the Florida Department of Professional Regulation site is MyFloridaLicense.COM.

The State of Florida issued a cease and desist letter last fall claiming that "MyFlorida.COM" is a protected trademark and that MyFloridaLicense.net violates thier trademark and only they may use the words "My Florida" in a domain name. My counsel sent them a letter in February 2007 asking them to elaborate or withdraw. As of this posting, there has been no comment and no further action.
I intended to use this site to make my Florida fishing license instantly available in case I get the chance to go fishing while visiting friends in another part of the state. (Our paper licenses fall apart which make them difficult to carry, just in case.)
