Initial appraisals, undeveloped? I'm thinking "affiliate program" for development, as I don't have the expertise to create an online computer retailer.

...actually bought this one to test Dotster's registration process.

Sorry but 3 words and very specific target - suggests educational site to learn about PC's.
Alternative use could be for selling books, peripherals etc but then you're talking a developed site or possible affiliate and that's different.
Just my personal opinion, others may disagree.

Nice naming for a "newbie tech" tutorial site. NewbiePc owners would get a lot out of such a resource. It's brandable & serves a large mass of net users.
