In January 2014 US gov launched the MyRA program (short for My Retirement Account). Based on this I hand registered a dotcom with myra + generic-word dotcom. I checked Tess around that time and found about 12 live TMs with Myra. One of these is related to retirement accounts with the TM registered in 2011. I thought that if the US gov just named their retirement account program MyRA then maybe it would be okay to hold on to it. Just rechecked the Tess DB and found that the US gov has filed a Live TM for MyRA on Jan 30, 2014, right about the time that I hand registered my domain. I did not see the US gov's TM at time I first checked. Not my intention to infringe, but it seems that with many opportunities that appear there are tm grey areas, but if it is an potential issue I have no problem dropping it. Thoughts are much appreciated.

Why don't you go to the domain register & see what they say about a conflict.
