You could probably use the domain for a personal website about your home space, or garden space, or office space and be ok with it. But they should have got it before during the trademark regs.

Just goes to show that even the biggest names on the internet are not always awake. I would have thought that if MySpace had put in a registration earlier in the process they would have been given the domain without too much questioning.
