Someone was stealing myspace accounts or something from my site I guess. The other owner of the site started getting paranoid thinking that myspace was going to blame us so he started putting up thing's to let people know it wasnt either of us.

how exactly could the seller give a warranty that a 3rd party wont sue you?

The site shouldn't get sued. Haven't received anymore complaints from anyone and MySpace hasn't said anything to me.

currently the myspace topic is a bit heated here in this forum. Many threads discussing the possibility of getting C&D from myspace because of TM issue / cybersquatting.Better hold on and try to sell at a later stage when everyone has calmed down here ;-)
