Direct navigation traffic. It is on PPC services. PPC services do not pay on search traffic, so Google ranking is immaterial to how this name had been used. Now once someone used the domain for a website, the site would be indexed and that traffic would be added to the run-rate traffic the domain already sees on a consistent basis.

It is on the Above.com service, which typical rotates the traffic to different parking companies to see which pays the best on a per domain basis. As for the parking companies used, they would draw from the list posted at http://www.above.com/domain-parking-services.html.
