MyValuehost.com is offering $4.00 domain reg's but they will automaticly bill you for a renewal if you don't move your domain before it expires.

This is not a bad thing their prices are ok but they don't provide a method for you to enable / disable automatic billing.
 
They still continue to bill you after the domains are gone. Almost every other day I get numerous emails saying my cc failed (because I cancelled it). I even worked with someone in their customer service dept. so they would stop but guess what? Got 10 yesterday alone.

Would reporting it to BBB or FTC do something about it? (though I doubt it...)
 
I just sent a one line reply to every email they sent me. I'm sure my email is now on their spam list.
 
I don't mind the auto billing but it would be nice (and legal) if they provided a way to turn it off. As it is now, they are in violation of CA law and the rules they agreed to when they opened their merchange account.
 
They just replied to everyone of my emails with a one liner. HaHa!
 
$4 is nice but it doesn't seem to be worth the hassle.
