I noticed this sale at SEDO:

while d.ai is currently being auctioned with a $3,000 bid


And considering Anguilla has a total land area of just 91 km2 (35 sq mi),[3] with a population of approximately 13,500 (2006 estimate) while Peru' is really another level, I think I should hold on this one is nothing better is offered.

Also, .pe renewal is just about $35/year while .ai is $100 per 2 years.
