After taking on many projects and having planned to build a big media network I've decided that I do not have enough time to devote the necessary amount of time that should be devoted to each site in the network. For such reason, I am selling off some of Greatster Media's assets.
The first asset I have chosen to sell is N-Wired. The site was run by Madspikey before it went down and I purchased it from him unopened with the plans of reopening the site. I have since figured I don't have enough time to have more than one gaming site on the Greatster Network and have decided to sell the site. I had tried to sell the design and the forum skins separate but I think it's better to just sell the whole site as is.The site is currently not up.
The site was accepted as a beta site for gameCMS and is in the process of being integrated into the CMS. (It's just been put on hold since I have been working with Greg on Gametack more than on N-Wired).
The domain (n-wired.com) has been getting an average of 1229 visitors per month for the last 5 1/2 months. So far this month the domain has had 517 unique visitors.
The design is top notch and I know MadSpikey paid quite a bit for the design when it was made. The two forum skins are exclusive and are both very good looking skins (I'm trying to find a vBulletin to put them on so I can show them coded and unfortunately I don't have any screenshots of them).
What is included in the sale is:

The site is partially integrated into gameCMS as I stated before. So if you so desire you can continue working with Greg and get the site up using gameCMS beta.
The bidding for the site will start at $200.
$5 minimum increment

Slightly new information as to the gameCMS beta given from Greg of GameCMS.
"As the site is a beta site and requires time from myself in order to be complete then potential new owners need to speak with myself to understand how my beta program works.
To be part of the beta I need to know the buyer can fulfil the terms of the beta program. As a closed beta program requires effort from the client as well as the developer.
I put a lot of time into this site last year and then it was sold to SockaPlayR.
We worked on it a little more but he then had to abandon work on it due to time restrictions so the version thats on my hosting now is outdated.
As it is a test site, is hosted on my server and hasn't been worked on for months the only person who can upgrade it is myself. In it's current state it is incomplete and broken in certain areas.
If something can't be agreed with regards to the beta program then they would have to wait until gameCMS Lite launches and I would upgrade the site then.
I wouldn't want someone to buy it without knowing the full details.
