So I purchased exhausted.info at digital point and now when my name is googled, http://hphosts.blogspot.com/2010/02/update-craigslist-scammers-domains.html shows up on the first page.

This is a very serious problem for me.

Anyone have advice? Surely I can't be the first innocent victim of this internet vigilante.

There is also another site which defames another person who shares my name at http://www.angelfire.com/musicals/iotg/.

I would also really appreciate any recommendations to get that site taken care of.

EDIT: Succeeded in having the first one removed.

the domain was probably used for spam in the past before you had it. not sure what you can do...why do you call him an 'internet vigilante'? people who spam craigslist and the like deserve and negative pr they get.

Thanks Domains, but what I'm looking for here is advice to help me deal with this.

I didn't spam Craigslist, so I don't deserve this negative PR. It has my ip, name, personal email and domain name.

My ip is banned, so can't remove it myself.

Ok I tried making a comment.

Any other suggestions for either of the two sites?

I'd be willing to pay people who could take care of this for me.

I would contact anglefire and inform them about the hate message listed, that would be removed by admins.

and regards of blog, I would also recommend you contact the admins of the blog system and have them remove the post. Explain to them, it is violating your privacy and that the person who posted this is wrong about you spamming.

Anyone who would like to make some cash by getting these removed (by following Hope's directions) let me know.

Thanks Hope.

I'll charge few hundred $$$'s :D lol

Still need to get the Angelfire site removed.

Any advice? I tried emailing them. The report abuse link didn't work.
